Privacy and Data Handling
Soulmate24 is operated by a single platform operator and features characters and media created and operated by the platform. Any resemblance to real people is coincidental. If you believe that a character or piece of media resembles a real person, please contact for review. Conversations may be generated, directed, reviewed, edited, or written by AI systems, authorized human operators, or a combination of both. This policy explains how the operator handles age confirmation, consent, conversation data, memory, payments, and service administration.

The controller responsible for personal data processed through Soulmate24 is MK LEGAL CONSULTING LTD, located at GLADSTONAS 12-14, 8046 Paphos, Cyprus.

Single-operator service and fictional personas
Soulmate24 does not provide third-party publishing accounts, self-publishing, revenue-sharing balances, withdrawals, royalties, or seller payouts. All characters and persona media are created and operated by the platform. Any resemblance to real people is coincidental. If you believe that a character or piece of media resembles a real person, please contact for review.
Conversations may be generated, directed, reviewed, edited, or written by AI systems, authorized human operators, or a combination of both.
Human participation in a conversation does not make the fictional persona a real person, an external publisher, or an independent recipient of your personal data. Authorized personnel process conversation data on behalf of the Soulmate24 operator and under access, confidentiality, and security restrictions.
Personal data we collect
The personal data we collect depends on how you use Soulmate24. We seek to collect only information reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose.

- Preference and memory data, including preferred conversation style, favorite topics, boundaries, address preferences, support preferences, relationship tone, and information you choose to have remembered.
- Transaction data, including subscription, heart, purchase, refund, payment status, currency, amount, transaction reference, billing country, fraud signals, and records received from payment providers. Soulmate24 does not need to receive or store your full card number or CVV when those details are processed by the payment provider.

Sensitive conversations and special-category data
Private conversations may reveal intimate, emotional, relationship-related, health-related, sexual, religious, political, or other sensitive information. You are not required to provide such information and should avoid sharing information that is not necessary for your use of the service.
Where information qualifies as special-category data under applicable law, Soulmate24 processes it only where an appropriate legal condition applies. Depending on the circumstances, this may include your explicit consent, processing necessary for legal claims, or another condition permitted by law.
Where explicit consent is required, it will be requested separately and may be withdrawn for future processing. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal and does not require deletion of information that must lawfully be retained for security, legal claims, compliance, or another valid legal basis.
Sensitive memories are available only within the private service environment and may be separated from general preference memory. You can choose whether memory is enabled and may request correction or deletion of stored memory, subject to lawful retention requirements.
Why we process personal data and our legal bases
We process personal data only where we have an applicable legal basis. The legal basis may differ according to the category of data, the feature used, your location, and the purpose of processing.
- To create and administer your account, authenticate access, provide conversations, maintain preferences, deliver subscriptions, process hearts, and fulfil custom-media requests. This processing is generally necessary to perform the contract with you or take steps at your request before entering into a contract.
- To process payments, refunds, accounting records, transaction reconciliation, and subscription management. This processing may be necessary to perform the contract and comply with tax, accounting, financial, and payment obligations.
- To protect users and the service, prevent fraud and account abuse, enforce platform rules, moderate requests and conversations, investigate complaints, secure systems, and preserve evidence. This processing may be based on legitimate interests, performance of the contract, or compliance with legal obligations.
- To perform age assurance, restrict access to adult material, comply with applicable age-verification rules, and protect minors. This processing may be necessary for legal compliance, substantial public-interest obligations where applicable, contractual access controls, and legitimate safety interests.
- To provide optional memory, personalization, and conversation continuity. Depending on the nature of the stored information, this may be based on performance of the requested service, legitimate interests, or consent where legally required.
- To answer support requests, handle complaints, takedowns, appeals, disputes, refunds, and legal claims. This processing may be necessary to perform the contract, comply with legal obligations, and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
- To measure and improve the website through optional analytics technologies. Where required, this processing is based on your consent, which can be changed or withdrawn through Cookie settings.
- To send marketing or promotional communications where permitted. Where consent is required, marketing is sent only after the relevant consent and you may unsubscribe at any time.
- To comply with lawful requests, court orders, reporting duties, sanctions, anti-money-laundering requirements, tax rules, child-safety requirements, and other applicable laws.
Private conversations, AI processing, and human access
Private conversations are not published as public content. They are processed to generate and deliver responses, preserve conversation continuity, apply user preferences, operate memory, moderate prohibited activity, fulfil content requests, prevent fraud, provide support, investigate complaints, and comply with law.
Persona conversations may be processed by AI systems and may also be accessed, directed, reviewed, edited, or written by authorized human operators. Users should not assume that a private conversation is visible only to an automated system.
Private messages are not represented as end-to-end encrypted. Access is restricted according to role and operational need, but authorized systems and personnel may access content where reasonably necessary for service delivery, manual chat participation, moderation, safety, support, content fulfilment, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or legal compliance.
We may use automated tools to identify spam, fraud, exploitation, prohibited requests, suspected minors, threats, security abuse, and other safety risks. Material account restrictions or enforcement decisions may be reviewed by an authorized person where required by applicable law or platform policy.
Consent records and user preferences
Soulmate24 may record age confirmation, acceptance of the Terms and incorporated policies, private-mode consent, memory choices, cookie choices, and other affirmative selections together with the applicable version, timestamp, account identifier, IP address, user agent, and technical confirmation data.
These records help us demonstrate what information and choices were presented, administer your preferences, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations.
Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent for future processing through the relevant account control, Cookie settings, or by contacting . Contractual acceptance of the Terms and policies is distinct from consent to optional data processing.
Payments and billing data
Payments may be processed by one or more third-party payment processors, acquiring banks, merchant-of-record providers, cryptocurrency service providers, or other payment partners made available at checkout.
The applicable payment provider may collect card, bank, wallet, identity, billing, device, fraud-prevention, and transaction information under its own privacy notice and legal obligations. Soulmate24 normally receives payment status, amount, currency, transaction reference, limited billing information, risk results, refund data, and other information required to administer the purchase.
The identity of the payment provider available to you will be shown during checkout or in the relevant payment interface. Soulmate24 may change or add payment providers where operationally necessary.
We process payment and transaction records for service delivery, accounting, refunds, fraud prevention, dispute handling, chargeback management, tax, and legal compliance.
Service providers and recipients
We may disclose or make personal data available to service providers that help us host, secure, operate, analyze, communicate, authenticate, moderate, generate content, process payments, detect fraud, provide storage, deliver email, support customers, or comply with law.
Depending on the functions in use, providers may include infrastructure, content-delivery, security, analytics, storage, communication, AI, payment, age-assurance, fraud-prevention, and productivity providers such as DigitalOcean, Cloudflare, Microsoft, Google, Meta, Dropbox, and similar providers.
A reference to a provider does not mean that every provider receives every category of personal data. Providers receive or access only the information reasonably required for the relevant function, subject to applicable contracts, instructions, security measures, and legal requirements.
We may also disclose personal data to professional advisers, auditors, insurers, banks, payment providers, competent authorities, courts, regulators, law-enforcement bodies, or another party where disclosure is required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, users, or the service.
If the business, service, or relevant assets are reorganized, financed, merged, acquired, or transferred, personal data may be disclosed to advisers and prospective or actual transaction parties subject to appropriate confidentiality and legal protections.
No sale of personal data
Soulmate24 does not sell personal data for money.
Soulmate24 does not provide user personal data to fictional personas or external publishers. The service does not currently operate third-party publishing accounts.
Certain privacy laws use broader definitions of “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising. Where those laws apply and an activity falls within such a definition, Soulmate24 will provide the legally required notice and opt-out mechanism.
We do not use the acceptance of these Terms as consent to sell personal data or as consent to optional advertising technologies.
Microsoft Clarity and optional analytics
With your analytics consent, Soulmate24 may use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use and interact with the website through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, session replays, navigation records, clicks, device and browser information, and technical events such as errors.
Clarity uses cookies and similar technologies. We use the resulting information to improve performance, usability, security, and the user experience.
Optional analytics is not required to create an account or purchase the service. You can accept, reject, or later withdraw optional analytics through Cookie settings. Withdrawal prevents future optional analytics processing but does not invalidate processing carried out before withdrawal.
Soulmate24 does not intentionally include private chat message content in public-page analytics recordings. Sensitive form fields and authenticated private areas should be excluded, masked, or otherwise restricted according to the implemented analytics configuration.
International data transfers
Soulmate24 and its service providers may process personal data in Cyprus, other countries in the European Economic Area, the United States, and other jurisdictions where relevant providers operate.
Where personal data is transferred from the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction that restricts international transfers, we use an applicable transfer mechanism where required. This may include an adequacy decision, approved standard contractual clauses, contractual safeguards, or another lawful transfer mechanism.
International transfers may also be subject to supplementary technical, organizational, or contractual safeguards appropriate to the relevant risk and service.
Data retention
We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and for applicable legal, accounting, tax, payment, fraud-prevention, safety, dispute, and record-keeping requirements.
Account and service data may generally be retained while the account remains active. After account closure, information may be deleted, anonymized, or retained for a limited period where required for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, transaction records, refunds, chargebacks, complaints, enforcement history, or legal claims.
Payment and accounting records may be retained for the period required by applicable tax, corporate, accounting, and anti-fraud rules. Consent and policy-acceptance records may be retained as necessary to demonstrate compliance and resolve disputes.
Complaint, moderation, age-assurance, and safety records may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to investigate the matter, prevent repeated violations, protect users, comply with reporting duties, or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
Deletion from active systems may not immediately remove data from secured backups. Backup copies are isolated from ordinary use and are overwritten or deleted according to the applicable backup schedule unless preservation is legally required.
Data security
We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, disclosure, and destruction. Measures may include access restrictions, role-based permissions, authentication controls, audit logs, encryption in transit, infrastructure security, backups, monitoring, and confidentiality obligations.
No online service can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential, using a secure device, and notifying us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Where a personal-data breach creates a notification obligation, Soulmate24 will notify the competent authority and affected individuals as required by applicable law.

Exercising your rights and deleting your account
To exercise a privacy right or request account and personal-data deletion, contact and identify the account concerned and the request you are making.
We may request information reasonably necessary to verify your identity, protect the account, locate relevant records, and prevent fraudulent requests. An authorized representative may be required to provide evidence of authority.
After a valid deletion request, we will delete or anonymize personal data that is no longer required. We may retain limited information where necessary for tax, accounting, payment, fraud prevention, security, moderation, child safety, dispute resolution, enforcement, legal claims, or compliance with law.
Where applicable law permits an appeal of a privacy-request decision, you may appeal by replying to the decision or emailing with the subject “Privacy appeal.”
Adults-only service and minors
Soulmate24 is intended only for adults who are at least 18 years old and legally permitted to access the service in their location. We do not knowingly permit minors to create accounts, purchase content, or access restricted features.
If we reasonably believe that an account belongs to a minor, we may restrict or terminate access, request age verification, preserve relevant evidence, and make any report required by law.
A parent, guardian, or other person who believes that a minor has provided personal data to Soulmate24 should contact without sending or reproducing illegal imagery.
California and other United States privacy rights
Residents of California and certain other United States jurisdictions may have additional rights, including rights to know, access, correct, delete, and obtain information about categories of personal data, sources, purposes, and recipients, and rights to opt out of certain sales, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling where applicable.

Continued use of the service may confirm acceptance of contractual or operational changes where permitted by law. It does not replace a separate consent where data-protection law requires one.
