Modern slavery includes slavery, servitude, forced or compulsory labor, debt bondage, and arranging or facilitating the movement or control of a person for exploitation. This policy applies to users, employees, contractors, vendors, and other business partners.

Consent cannot be inferred from a profile, payment, contract, prior relationship, or another person's statement. Consent obtained through force, threats, deception, abuse of vulnerability, withheld documents, financial control, or intimidation is not valid.

Soulmate24 does not host third-party publishing accounts, agencies, performer uploads, revenue-sharing balances, withdrawals, or seller payouts. Personas are fictional works, not persons, performers, or workers, and cannot themselves be employed, paid, coerced, or trafficked.

Conversations may be generated, directed, reviewed, edited, or written by AI systems, authorized human operators, or a combination of both. Human operators are employees or contractors working for Soulmate24 and remain protected by the labor, screening, anti-coercion, and anti-trafficking controls in this policy.

Soulmate24 must not be used to recruit, advertise, buy, sell, arrange, facilitate, or profit from another person's exploitation. This applies on-platform and to attempts to move the arrangement to another service.

Soulmate24 uses age and consent records, user messages and requests, fictional-media review, transaction records, automated risk signals, reports submitted to support, personnel screening, and restricted administrator access to detect and investigate exploitation risks.

External publishing access and monetization are not available. Employees and contractors considered for authorized roles may be contacted directly, have identity and work authorization reviewed, and be screened for trafficking, coercion, third-party control, or inconsistent information before operational access is granted.

Soulmate24 requires contractors, agencies, payment providers, verification providers, hosting partners, and other suppliers to comply with applicable labor, anti-trafficking, sanctions, anti-money-laundering, and human-rights laws. Supplier selection and material renewals include proportionate risk review; identified non-compliance may lead to remediation, enhanced review, suspension, or termination of the relationship.

When credible indicators of trafficking or coercion are identified, Soulmate24 may immediately restrict an account, content, personnel access, or transaction and preserve relevant evidence. We may also protect the potential victim's information and escalate the matter to competent authorities or specialized organizations where required or appropriate.

We do not promise secrecy when disclosure is necessary to protect a person, comply with law, respond to lawful process, or preserve evidence. We limit disclosure to what is reasonably necessary.

Anyone may report a concern in good faith to support soulmate24.com . Include the account or content location and describe the indicators without confronting a suspected trafficker or placing anyone at greater risk. If a person appears to be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or law enforcement.

Soulmate24 prohibits retaliation against an employee, contractor, user, or other person who raises a genuine concern or participates in a lawful investigation.

Soulmate24 reviews trafficking risk when platform operations, employment or contracting practices, jurisdictions, or supplier relationships materially change. Controls, training, contractual requirements, and escalation procedures are updated when new risks or legal obligations are identified.
