Content Moderation Policy
Soulmate24 is the sole publisher and operator of its fictional characters and platform-created media. Any resemblance to real people is coincidental. If you believe that a character or piece of media resembles a real person, please contact for review. Platform rules, automated and AI-assisted analysis, administrator review, and human review of complaints and high-risk cases operate together.
What we moderate
Moderation covers operator-published profiles, names, biographies, fictional media, feed posts, user custom-media requests, messages, prompts, links, account and payment signals, personnel access, and reports submitted to Soulmate24.
Conversations may be generated, directed, reviewed, edited, or written by AI systems, authorized human operators, or a combination of both. Moderation and quality controls apply to responses produced through every operating mode.
Private messages are not public, but they are not guaranteed to be end-to-end encrypted. Authorized systems and personnel may access them when reasonably necessary for service delivery, safety, complaints, fraud prevention, legal compliance, manual chat participation, or fictional media fulfillment.
Users cannot create personas, publish feed posts, or upload performer content. Soulmate24 does not operate third-party publishing accounts, revenue sharing, seller balances, withdrawals, or payouts.
Public and restricted standards
Publicly visible profile media, previews, names, and biographies must be suitable for a general audience. Material allowed only in an age-gated or consent-gated area must not appear in public previews or metadata.
Restricted access does not permit illegal, exploitative, non-consensual, or otherwise prohibited content. The Acceptable Use Policy applies everywhere on the service.
How moderation works
Soulmate24 combines automated rules, keyword analysis, AI-assisted evaluation of chat and custom-media requests, and account, transaction, and rate controls. These systems flag, route, limit, or block activity according to content and risk signals.
Authorized administrators review queued fictional media, conversations, custom-media requests, transaction context, personnel applications, and reports received through support. High-risk or ambiguous matters are escalated for manual assessment, and human reviewers can confirm, modify, or reverse automated results.
Priority safety categories
The following receive heightened review and may be restricted immediately while investigated.
- Suspected child sexual abuse material, grooming, age misrepresentation, or sexual content involving a real, fictional, or fictional person presented as under 18.
- Human trafficking, coercion, forced labor, sexual services, sextortion, or non-consensual intimate imagery.
- Credible threats, stalking, doxxing, terrorism, violent extremism, self-harm risk, or serious real-world violence.
- Impersonation, stolen identity, unauthorized likeness use, deceptive deepfakes, real-person reference requests, or content without documented rights.
- Fraud, payment abuse, money laundering, account compromise, malware, or attempts to defeat safety controls.
Reports and investigations
Anyone may report content or conduct by email. The report and related correspondence form the current case record. We assess urgency, locate the relevant material, review available context, and may contact the reporter or affected account or temporarily limit access while a review is pending.
Reports are handled according to the Complaints, Takedown & Appeals Policy. Do not send illegal imagery as an email attachment; report its location instead.
Enforcement decisions
Actions may include no action, a warning, reduced visibility, content removal, feature or messaging limits, transaction review, age or identity re-verification, personnel-access revocation, temporary suspension, permanent termination, evidence preservation, and referral to a payment provider or authority.
We consider severity, context, intent, prior violations, risk of recurrence, impact on others, legal duties, and the reliability of available evidence. A severe first violation can justify permanent removal.
Notice and appeal
Where appropriate and legally permitted, we tell the affected user the principal reason for a restriction or removal and whether automated tools materially contributed to flagging the issue. We may withhold details that could expose another person, compromise safety, reveal security controls, or interfere with an investigation.
Eligible users may request human review or appeal by email within 14 days under the Complaints, Takedown & Appeals Policy. Appeals are assessed by an authorized human reviewer using the case record and any new evidence.
