Acceptable Use Policy
These rules apply to every visitor, account holder, message, prompt, custom-media request, purchase, and other use of Soulmate24.
Who may use Soulmate24
Soulmate24 is only for people who are at least 18 years old and legally able to use the service in their location. You must provide accurate account and verification information and must not let another person use your account to avoid an age, identity, payment, or safety control.
- Do not access the service if you are under 18 or create an account for anyone under 18.
- Do not impersonate another person, misrepresent your identity, or submit altered or stolen verification documents.
- Do not return through a new account after a suspension or ban unless Soulmate24 gives written permission.
Zero-tolerance harm
You may not request, submit, link to, transmit, purchase, or otherwise facilitate illegal, exploitative, or non-consensual content or conduct. Fantasy, roleplay, private messages, coded language, and off-platform links do not create an exception.
- Any sexualization, grooming, exploitation, or depiction of a person under 18, including a fictional or fictional character presented as a minor, age-play involving a minor identity, or material designed to resemble child sexual abuse material.
- Human trafficking, modern slavery, forced labor, prostitution, escort services, sexual services, coercion, recruitment, transport, or payment connected to exploitation.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery, voyeuristic content, sextortion, sexual blackmail, or threats to publish private material.
- Sexual violence, credible threats, terrorism, violent extremism, instructions for serious wrongdoing, or content celebrating real-world abuse.
- Bestiality, sexual activity involving a corpse, or other content prohibited by applicable law.
Digital content, rights, and likeness
Soulmate24 features characters and media created and operated by the platform. Any resemblance to real people is coincidental. If you believe that a character or piece of media resembles a real person, please contact for review. Users do not receive publishing access and may not publish performer content or operate a persona profile.
Conversations may be generated, directed, reviewed, edited, or written by AI systems, authorized human operators, or a combination of both. Only personnel authorized by Soulmate24 may direct, review, edit, or write as a persona.
A prompt, message, link, reference, or support attachment must not misuse a real person's identity, voice, image, private information, or intellectual property. Requests for deepfakes, face swaps, voice clones, or deceptive intimate depictions of an actual person are prohibited.
- Do not submit stolen media, leaked content, private communications, personal data, or another person's copyrighted work.
- Do not request a persona based on an identifiable real person, public figure, acquaintance, former partner, or private individual.
- Do not imply endorsement, affiliation, or authenticity that does not exist.
Content and conduct standards
Treat other users, staff, contractors, and third parties with respect. Public profile media, previews, names, and biographies are controlled by Soulmate24 and must remain suitable for a general audience. Restricted material may only appear where Soulmate24 expressly permits it behind the applicable access and consent controls.
- No targeted harassment, hate speech, stalking, doxxing, threats, bullying, or unwanted repeated contact.
- No promotion of self-harm, dangerous challenges, illegal drugs, weapons trafficking, fraud, or other illegal goods or services.
- No spam, deceptive advertising, referral abuse, fake engagement, pyramid schemes, or attempts to move prohibited transactions off-platform.
- No medical, therapeutic, legal, or financial claims presented as professional advice unless lawfully qualified and expressly authorized.
Payments and platform integrity
Do not misuse payments, hearts, subscriptions, refunds, chargebacks, or promotions. Soulmate24 has no seller earnings, revenue-sharing balances, withdrawals, or seller payouts. Do not interfere with the service or obtain data or access you are not authorized to have.
- No stolen payment credentials, money laundering, fraudulent disputes, collusive purchases, or manipulation of account balances.
- No scraping, credential stuffing, malware, automated account creation, denial-of-service activity, reverse engineering, or exploitation of a security weakness.
- No bypassing geographic, age, content, subscription, moderation, or technical restrictions, including by account sharing or deceptive location signals.
- Report suspected security vulnerabilities privately to and do not exploit or publicly disclose them before remediation.
Enforcement
Soulmate24 may review content and activity, restrict visibility, refuse or refund a transaction, remove content, limit features, preserve evidence, suspend or terminate accounts, and report suspected criminal activity to competent authorities.
We consider context, severity, recurrence, intent, risk to others, and legal obligations. Serious safety violations may result in immediate action without advance notice. Where appropriate, we explain the principal reason for an enforcement decision and provide an appeal route.
Reporting violations
