Soulmate24 is operated by MK LEGAL CONSULTING LTD, located at GLADSTONAS 12-14, 8046 Paphos, Cyprus.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and MK LEGAL CONSULTING LTD concerning your access to and use of soulmate24.com, your account, persona conversations, subscriptions, hearts, content, payments, custom-media requests, and related services.

You should read these Terms and the incorporated policies before using the service. If you do not agree, you must not create an account, purchase access, or use restricted service features.

## Incorporated policies and order of precedence

The policies listed in this section are integral parts of these Terms. They are published on the Soulmate24 website, directly accessible to users, and incorporated into this agreement by reference.

By affirmatively accepting these Terms, you also agree to comply with the contractual rules contained in the incorporated policies in the versions presented or made available to you at the time of acceptance.

The incorporated policies include the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, Safety Center rules, Complaints, Takedown & Appeals Policy, Identity and Age Verification Policy, Anti-Human Trafficking Statement, Content Moderation Policy, and 18 U.S.C. § 2257 Exemption Statement, together with any other policy expressly identified on the website as forming part of these Terms.

Acceptance of these Terms does not automatically constitute consent to optional personal-data processing where applicable law requires separate consent. Optional analytics, marketing, sensitive-data processing, or another consent-based activity will be presented through a separate affirmative choice where required.

If these Terms conflict with an incorporated policy, these Terms control in relation to the general contractual relationship. A more specific incorporated policy controls the specific subject it governs, such as refunds, privacy, age assurance, acceptable use, or complaints, unless that result would conflict with mandatory law.

Nothing in these Terms or an incorporated policy limits a mandatory consumer, privacy, payment, or other statutory right that cannot lawfully be waived.

## Nature of the service

Soulmate24 is an adults-only companion and entertainment service operated by a single platform operator.

Every persona identity and all persona visual media are fictional and fully synthetic. No persona represents a real performer, external publisher, escort, romantic partner, therapist, medical professional, or person available for real-world or off-platform contact.

Persona conversations may be operated by AI systems, authorized human operators, or an AI-assisted combination of both. A response may be generated, directed, reviewed, edited, or written by authorized operator personnel without changing the fictional identity presented in the conversation.

Users must not treat a persona as a real person or rely on the service as therapy, medical care, crisis support, emergency assistance, legal advice, financial advice, or another regulated professional service.

## Age, eligibility, and location

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to access an adult companion service in your location.

You must not use Soulmate24 where access to the service or relevant content is prohibited by law. You are responsible for complying with laws applicable to you.

We may require age confirmation, age assurance, identity verification, payment verification, or re-verification depending on your location, requested access, account activity, or assessed risk.

You must not provide false information, use another person's documents, share an account to bypass controls, conceal your age, or use technical measures to defeat a geographic, age, payment, safety, or legal restriction.

## Accounts and account security

You must provide accurate information, keep your account details reasonably current, and maintain the confidentiality of your password and authentication credentials.

You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless the activity results from a security failure attributable to Soulmate24 or another circumstance for which you cannot legally be held responsible.

You must notify support@soulmate24.com promptly if you suspect unauthorized access, credential theft, payment misuse, or another compromise.

We may restrict access, require re-authentication, reset credentials, or temporarily suspend an account where reasonably necessary to protect the user, the service, payments, or other persons.

## No third-party publishing program or payouts

Soulmate24 does not offer third-party publishing accounts, self-publishing, performer uploads, revenue sharing, seller balances, withdrawals, royalties, or seller payouts.

All user payments are made to the Soulmate24 platform operator for service access, subscriptions, hearts, operator-published media, or operator-fulfilled content.

A fictional persona cannot receive money, own an account balance, become a party to a transaction, or acquire contractual rights.

Employment or contractor compensation, where applicable, is handled separately under a written engagement and is not a platform seller payout.

## Conversations and operating modes

Persona conversations may be produced through AI processing, authorized human operation, or a combination of both. The operating mode may vary between messages, workflows, personas, or service features.

Authorized personnel may direct, review, edit, or write persona messages and may access conversation history where reasonably necessary for manual chat participation, service delivery, moderation, safety, support, fraud prevention, complaints, or legal compliance.

You acknowledge that AI-generated or AI-assisted responses may be incorrect, repetitive, inconsistent, delayed, unavailable, unexpected, or emotionally unsuitable.

Soulmate24 does not promise a particular emotional outcome, relationship, response time, level of intimacy, message volume, or continued availability of a particular persona.

## Acceptable use

You must use Soulmate24 lawfully and in accordance with these Terms and the Acceptable Use Policy.

You must not abuse the system, bypass consent or age controls, request prohibited material, misuse a real person's identity or likeness, impersonate another person, facilitate exploitation, interfere with security, misuse payments, or expose restricted content publicly.

Restricted or private access does not permit illegal, exploitative, non-consensual, infringing, or otherwise prohibited content.

We may block a request, restrict a feature, preserve evidence, remove content, suspend an account, terminate access, refund or refuse a transaction, or report suspected unlawful activity where permitted or required.

## Subscriptions, hearts, and paid content

Soulmate24 may offer recurring subscriptions, fixed-period access, hearts, locked content, custom-media requests, and other paid functions.

The price, currency, included access, renewal terms, billing period, and material restrictions applicable to a purchase will be shown before payment.

Hearts are an in-platform unit used for eligible Soulmate24 features. Hearts are not money, stored value, a bank balance, cryptocurrency, an investment, or property that may be transferred, withdrawn, or redeemed for cash except where a monetary refund is required under the Refund Policy or applicable law.

Promotional, bonus, registration, or complimentary hearts have no cash value and may be subject to additional limits or expiry terms disclosed when issued.

A purchase does not guarantee that every persona, feature, custom request, or item will remain available indefinitely.

## Payments and payment providers

Payments may be processed by third-party card processors, acquiring banks, merchant-of-record providers, cryptocurrency providers, or other payment partners shown during checkout.

You authorize the applicable payment provider and Soulmate24 to process the information and transaction instructions necessary to complete, authenticate, administer, renew, refund, or dispute the purchase.

You must use a payment method that you are legally authorized to use. You must not use stolen credentials, initiate a knowingly false chargeback, manipulate transaction records, launder money, or misuse promotional offers.

A payment provider may impose its own terms, privacy notice, verification requirements, geographic restrictions, transaction limits, or risk controls.

Where a recurring subscription is offered, it renews according to the terms presented at checkout until cancelled. You must cancel before the applicable renewal if you do not want the next charge.

## Refunds, cancellation, and undelivered content

Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy and mandatory consumer law.

If paid access or paid content is not delivered, a qualifying customer may request a monetary refund to the original payment method. Restoring hearts is an account correction and is not necessarily the only available remedy for an eligible monetary claim.

Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals according to the applicable cancellation terms. Cancellation does not automatically create a right to a refund for a period already supplied or used, except where the Refund Policy or applicable law provides otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms limits a mandatory right to cancel, withdraw, obtain conformity, receive a price reduction, terminate a digital-service contract, or receive a refund where that right applies.

## Consumer withdrawal and immediate digital performance

Consumers in some jurisdictions may have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within a prescribed period. The scope of that right and any exception depend on the type of service, content, payment structure, and applicable law.

Where required before immediate supply of digital content or digital services, Soulmate24 may ask you to expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge any legally applicable consequence for the withdrawal right.

Any checkout acknowledgement does not remove rights that cannot lawfully be waived. The information and confirmation shown at checkout form part of the transaction record.

## Privacy and personal data

Soulmate24 processes personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these Terms and is directly accessible on the website.

Personal data may include account information, age-assurance records, consent and acceptance logs, private conversations, preferences, memory, transaction data, technical information, support communications, and moderation records.

Private conversations may be processed by AI systems and accessed by authorized personnel where reasonably necessary for manual chat participation, service delivery, moderation, safety, support, content fulfilment, fraud prevention, complaints, or legal compliance.

Accepting these Terms confirms contractual acceptance of the Privacy Policy as an incorporated notice and policy. It does not automatically constitute consent to optional analytics, marketing, special-category data processing, or another activity for which applicable law requires separate consent.

## No sale of personal data

Soulmate24 does not sell personal data for money.

Soulmate24 does not disclose user personal data to fictional personas or external publishers. The service provides no third-party publishing accounts.

Where an applicable privacy law uses a broader definition of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling, Soulmate24 will provide the notice and opt-out controls required for any activity falling within that definition.

Privacy rights and available opt-out mechanisms are described in the Privacy Policy.

## Account and personal-data deletion

You may request account and personal-data deletion by writing to support@soulmate24.com.

After verifying a valid request, we will delete or anonymize personal data that is no longer needed, subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

We may retain limited information where reasonably necessary for tax, accounting, payments, fraud prevention, age assurance, security, moderation, child safety, complaint handling, dispute resolution, enforcement, legal claims, or compliance with law.

Deleting an account may permanently remove access to conversations, purchased access, remaining hearts, preferences, and stored memory, except where applicable law requires another result.

## Third-party services

The service may depend on third-party providers for hosting, infrastructure, content delivery, security, analytics, payments, authentication, storage, communication, AI processing, age assurance, fraud prevention, and content generation.

We are not responsible for interruptions, errors, policy changes, service limitations, or acts of third-party providers outside our reasonable control.

Your use of a third-party feature or payment method may also be subject to that provider's terms and privacy notice.

Nothing in this section excludes responsibility that Soulmate24 cannot lawfully exclude, including responsibility for selecting and using processors or suppliers where applicable law places that responsibility on Soulmate24.

## Service availability

We aim to keep the service available and functional but do not guarantee uninterrupted, continuous, secure, or error-free access.

The service may be unavailable or limited due to maintenance, technical issues, security measures, capacity limits, updates, provider outages, payment restrictions, legal obligations, geographic controls, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We may impose reasonable usage, rate, message, storage, generation, or technical limits to maintain security, quality, compliance, and service availability.

Mandatory consumer remedies for a failure to supply or lack of conformity remain unaffected.

## Changes to the service

We may modify, improve, suspend, limit, replace, or discontinue parts of the service, including features, personas, prices, subscriptions, hearts, companion modes, memory functions, payment options, safety controls, and content-generation tools.

Where a change materially affects an existing paid service, we will provide notice or another remedy where required by applicable law.

We will not rely on this section to remove or reduce mandatory consumer rights or to make an unfair unilateral change that applicable law prohibits.

## Changes to these Terms and incorporated policies

We may update these Terms and incorporated policies to reflect changes in the service, law, safety requirements, providers, payment arrangements, technical systems, or business operations.

The current version and last-updated date will be published on the website. We may record the version accepted by a user together with the date, account, IP address, user agent, and technical confirmation data.

Where required, we will provide reasonable advance notice of a material change. If applicable law requires renewed affirmative acceptance or consent, continued use alone will not replace that acceptance or consent.

Continued use after the effective date may constitute acceptance of an update where that method is permitted, the change was properly disclosed, and the user had a meaningful opportunity to stop using the service.

A change does not retroactively remove an accrued mandatory right or legal remedy.

## Suspension and termination

You may stop using Soulmate24 at any time and may request account deletion. Subscription cancellation is handled according to the purchase and Refund Policy terms.

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access where you violate these Terms or an incorporated policy, fail an age or identity check, misuse payments, create a safety or legal risk, request prohibited content, interfere with security, engage in fraud, or use the service harmfully or unlawfully.

Serious safety, exploitation, minor-related, payment-fraud, or security violations may result in immediate action without advance notice.

Where appropriate and legally permitted, we will provide the principal reason for an enforcement decision and information about an available appeal.

Termination does not remove obligations or rights that by their nature survive termination, including payment obligations, transaction records, intellectual-property provisions, dispute provisions, lawful retention, and limitations permitted by law.

## Intellectual property and permitted use

Soulmate24, its software, design, branding, text, fictional persona identities, persona names, synthetic media, generated platform content, and other operator materials are owned by or licensed to MK LEGAL CONSULTING LTD and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Subject to these Terms, you receive a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the service for its intended private purpose.

You must not copy, sell, sublicense, scrape, redistribute, publicly display, commercially exploit, reverse engineer, train another system on, remove notices from, or create a competing dataset from Soulmate24 content unless we expressly authorize it or applicable law grants a non-waivable right.

Buying access, hearts, or content does not transfer ownership of intellectual-property rights.

## User messages, prompts, and submitted material

You retain any rights you lawfully hold in messages, prompts, references, and other material you submit.

You grant Soulmate24 a non-exclusive licence to host, store, reproduce, process, adapt, transmit, moderate, and use submitted material only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, administer, improve, and enforce the service and to comply with law.

You must have the rights and lawful basis necessary to submit material. You must not provide stolen media, confidential third-party information, unlawful personal data, unauthorized intimate material, or content that infringes another person's rights.

You must not request a persona or intimate depiction based on an identifiable real person, public figure, acquaintance, former partner, or private individual.

## Service disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Soulmate24 is provided on an as-is and as-available basis.

We do not guarantee that persona messages, generated media, memory, recommendations, search results, moderation outputs, emotional-support language, or other service output will be accurate, complete, unique, uninterrupted, error-free, emotionally suitable, or appropriate for a particular purpose.

The service is entertainment and is not a substitute for therapy, medical care, emergency support, legal advice, financial advice, or real-world relationships.

You remain responsible for your decisions, communications, emotional boundaries, device use, and reliance on service output.

Nothing in this section excludes statutory guarantees, conformity obligations, or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded.

## Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Soulmate24 and its owners, directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, reputational, emotional, business, or data-related losses arising from the use of or inability to use the service.

This limitation may include loss of profits, loss of opportunity, loss of data, account interruption, failed expectations, dissatisfaction with generated content, emotional reliance, and failures of third-party providers, to the extent such losses may lawfully be excluded.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable, gross negligence where non-waivable, or mandatory consumer and data-protection rights.

Any contractual cap or exclusion will be interpreted and reduced only to the extent necessary to remain enforceable under the law applicable to the user.

## Complaints, disputes, and legal claims

Before beginning formal proceedings, you are encouraged to contact support@soulmate24.com and give us a reasonable opportunity to review and resolve the matter.

A requirement to contact us first does not prevent you from exercising a non-waivable right, contacting a regulator, using an applicable consumer-dispute mechanism, seeking urgent relief, or using rights available through a payment provider.

Complaints concerning content, moderation, verification, refunds, privacy, takedowns, or account restrictions are handled under the applicable incorporated policy.

If illegal/unconsented content is reported, it will be removed within 24 hours.

All other complaints are dealt with in a fair and consistent manner, with the aim of resolving them to the complainant's satisfaction whenever possible within 5 days.

You may not be required to waive a mandatory consumer forum, jurisdiction, collective remedy, regulator complaint, or another right that applicable law protects.

## Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that apply in the country where an eligible consumer habitually resides.

Subject to mandatory law, disputes may be submitted to the competent courts of Cyprus.

Nothing in this section deprives an eligible consumer of the protection of mandatory provisions or a competent court available under applicable consumer law.

## Severability, waiver, and entire agreement

If a provision of these Terms is found invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, it will be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

A failure or delay by Soulmate24 to enforce a provision is not a permanent waiver of that provision or another right.

These Terms, the incorporated policies, the transaction information presented at checkout, and any additional terms expressly accepted for a feature form the agreement governing the relevant use of Soulmate24.

No fictional persona, automated response, support statement, marketing statement, or informal communication changes these Terms unless the change is expressly confirmed by the operator in a legally effective form.
