# Identity / Age Verification Policy

Soulmate24 18+ controls, user age assurance, staff access controls, fictional persona safeguards, and enforcement procedures.

Soulmate24 is an 18+ single-operator service featuring characters and media created and operated by the platform. Any resemblance to real people is coincidental. If you believe that a character or piece of media resembles a real person, please contact support@soulmate24.com for review. Age and identity controls apply to users and authorized personnel according to access, jurisdiction, activity, and assessed risk.

> Soulmate24 does not provide third-party publishing accounts, self-publishing, monetization, withdrawals, or payouts. Restricted user and staff access is granted only after the applicable controls are satisfied.

## Minimum age

Every visitor, account holder, employee, and contractor with service access must be at least 18 years old. A person who is under 18 must not access Soulmate24, create an account, purchase content, submit a custom-media request, or work with adult service data.

Soulmate24 must not make restricted material available in a jurisdiction that requires stronger age assurance unless the legally required check has been implemented and completed.

## User age assurance

Soulmate24 records a user's 18+ confirmation, policy version, timestamp, IP address, and user agent. Additional age-assurance or identity checks apply when required by jurisdiction, requested access, account activity, or risk. Account and payment signals support automated triage, and authorized reviewers can request identity evidence and re-verification.

- Verification events record the result, method, timestamp, and provider or reviewer reference where applicable.
- Users must not use a VPN, false information, another person's document, or shared account to bypass an age control.
- A failed or incomplete check may limit public or private features, purchases, and access to restricted media.

## Authorized personnel

Soulmate24 has no third-party publisher onboarding or seller verification flow. Employees and contractors considered for authorized operational roles are verified by the operator before receiving access to adult content, conversations, moderation tools, fictional media workflows, or customer data.

Personnel verification and access review may combine identity and age evidence, employment or engagement records, role-based authorization, confidentiality obligations, security controls, and manual review.

- Access is limited to the minimum systems and data required for the role.
- Operational access may be suspended when authorization, identity, age, or security information is incomplete or inconsistent.
- Employment or contractor compensation is handled under a separate written engagement and never through a seller balance, revenue share, withdrawal, or platform payout.

## Characters and media

Soulmate24 features characters and media created and operated by the platform. Any resemblance to real people is coincidental. If you believe that a character or piece of media resembles a real person, please contact support@soulmate24.com for review. No actual human performer is depicted, and users cannot upload performer content or publish a persona.

Conversations may be generated, directed, reviewed, edited, or written by AI systems, authorized human operators, or a combination of both. Authorized personnel are subject to the operator verification and access controls described above.

The operator does not intentionally create a persona from an identifiable real person. Prompts or references seeking a real person, a minor, a minor-like character, an unauthorized face swap, a voice clone, or a deceptive intimate depiction are prohibited and may be blocked or escalated.

## Verification data and privacy

Soulmate24 limits verification data to what is reasonably necessary for access control, personnel authorization, fraud prevention, payment compliance, safety, and legal obligations. The data recorded depends on the verification method and can include consent status, policy version, result, timestamp, IP address, user agent, document information, and reviewer or provider reference.

Authorized reviewers process identity documents and liveness evidence under restricted access and applicable data-protection terms. Verification status and compliance records are retained for the life of an account and longer where required for legal claims, financial regulation, safety investigations, or other applicable legal obligations.

## Failed checks and suspected minors

For any verification check in use, we may deny access, pause onboarding, suspend an account, restrict a transaction, revoke personnel access, or request additional evidence when the check fails or information is inconsistent. If we reasonably believe a user is under 18 or submitted material involves a minor or minor-like sexual depiction, we remove access and preserve or report information as required by law.

Do not download, forward, or reproduce suspected child sexual abuse material. Report its location to support@soulmate24.com so authorized reviewers can act safely.

## Corrections and appeals

If you believe a verification decision is wrong, contact support@soulmate24.com with the affected account, decision reference, reason for the appeal, and any lawful alternative documentation. We may offer another approved method but cannot grant access while a mandatory check remains unresolved.
